Extends the termination date of the Task Force on Fraud Against Older Adults from May 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017.

Task Force must continue to report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services prior to the 2014 Regular Session on the efficacy of adopted recommendations.

Amends Section 1(c) of S.L. 2011-189, as previously amended by S.L. 2013-337.

Effective upon becoming law.
