Exempts isolation float tanks from public swimming pool regulations when used in physical therapy programs operated by medical facilities licensed by the Department or by licensed physical therapists.

Clarifies that licensed physical therapists are authorized to prescribe the use of isolation float tanks as part of physical therapy treatment at their sole discretion.

Adds isolation float tanks to the existing exemption for therapeutic pools used in physical therapy programs operated by medical facilities or licensed physical therapists.
