Modifies reporting requirements for clawbacks under North Carolina's economic development incentive programs, including the One North Carolina Fund, Job Development Investment Grant Program, Job Maintenance and Capital Development Fund, Utility Account, and Site Infrastructure Fund.

Requires the Department of Commerce to report by April 1 and October 1 of each year to specified legislative committees and divisions on clawbacks triggered and steps taken to obtain repayments.

Expands required report content to include: business name, project location (county, development tier area, city if applicable), award date, triggering event, date clawback was determined, and amount forfeited or to be repaid.

Effective upon enactment and applies to all reports submitted on or after the law takes effect.
