Adds firearm prohibition as a relief option for civil no-contact orders (50C orders), allowing courts to prohibit respondents from purchasing firearms for a specified time period.

Requires courts to order surrender of all firearms, ammunition, and firearm permits from respondents upon issuance of temporary or permanent civil no-contact orders when the court finds use or threatened use of deadly weapons, threats to injure/kill, threats of suicide, or serious injuries inflicted.

Establishes procedures for firearm storage by sheriffs, charging reasonable storage fees to respondents, and allows retrieval only with court order after the civil no-contact order expires, subject to state and federal firearm restrictions.

Makes it a Class H felony for respondents to possess, purchase, or attempt to purchase firearms while subject to an active civil no-contact order, with exceptions for law enforcement and armed forces members in official use.

Effective December 1, 2015, applying to civil no-contact order actions commenced on or after that date.
