Establish prorated co-payments at 50% of the full parent fee for part-time subsidized child care equal to or less than 25 hours per week, effective July 1, 2015.

Revise the child care subsidy policy definition of "income unit" to include only a parent, stepparent, and the stepparent's child (if applicable), effective July 1, 2015.

Remove nonparent relative caretakers from the income unit definition in child care subsidy policy.

Co-payments for families sharing costs shall continue to be established at 10% of gross family income.
