Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee may continue studying issues related to occupational licensing boards, including board oversight generally, the North Carolina State Bar, and disciplinary procedures, with results and proposals to be reported to the 2017 General Assembly.

Committee may study whether certain categories of contested cases should place the burden of proof on the agency, with findings to be reported to the 2017 General Assembly.

Board of Pharmacy may require applicants to provide criminal record reports obtained from Board-designated reporting services instead of using the Department of Public Safety, with applicants paying the designated reporting service for report costs.
