Property is identified as the portion of Parcel J-4-24 in Davie County Tax Maps west of Westside Drive in Mocksville, North Carolina.

State reserves a reversionary interest in the property, requiring it remain dedicated to county government purposes or revert to the State.

Property is conveyed "as is" and "where is" without any warranties regarding title, boundaries, uses, zoning, or environmental or safety conditions; Davie County bears all conveyance costs.

Act becomes effective October 1, 2016, and repeals Sections 3, 4, and 5 of Session Law 2016-12.
