NC S106

Modifies Section 13.2A of S.L. 2014-100 regarding the Agricultural Development and Farmland Preservation Trust Fund appropriations for protection of military buffers.

Requires funds appropriated to the trust fund to be used only to match federal government funding on at least an equal basis.

Removes the requirement that unexpended and unencumbered funds revert to the General Fund at the end of the fiscal year.

Makes any remaining funds as of June 30, 2015 nonreverting and available to remain in the trust fund until expended.

Effective upon becoming law.
