Amends G.S. 58-2-69(g) to allow the Department of Insurance's Agent Services Division to negotiate differential license processing fees based on the effort required for each category of applicant or licensee in administrative services contracts.

Permits the contracting party to charge different fees for license application processing depending on the complexity or category of applicant/licensee being served.

Fees remain in addition to any applicable license application and renewal fees already charged.

Effective upon enactment and applies to all Department of Insurance licensing administrative services contracts entered into on or after the bill's effective date.
