Confirms the appointment of Jeanette Doran to the Board of Review as the member representing the general public, with a term beginning December 6, 2013.

Declares that the Governor's December 6, 2013 announcement of three appointees (Stanley Campbell, Jeanette Doran, and Keith Holliday) to the Board of Review constitutes formal submission of names to the General Assembly for confirmation.

Designates Jeanette Doran as the representative of the general public on the three-person Board of Review that determines unemployment insurance appeals policies and procedures.

Board of Review members are appointed by the Governor and subject to General Assembly confirmation under G.S. 96-4(b), with one member representing employers, one representing employees, and one representing the general public.

Resolution is effective upon ratification.
