Law enforcement agencies shall accept domestic violence protective orders, civil no-contact orders, and involuntary commitment custody orders by electronic or facsimile transmission from the clerk of court for service on defendants.

Transportation of persons being involuntarily committed shall provide same-sex drivers or attendants "to the extent feasible" rather than as an absolute requirement, or allow family members to accompany the respondent in lieu of same-sex attendants.

Custody orders issued under involuntary commitment laws may be delivered to law enforcement by electronic or facsimile transmission.

The Administrative Officer of the Courts shall solicit input from clerks within 60 days on whether to use "costs" rather than "court costs" on motor vehicle violation citation forms and make changes as appropriate.

Section 3 effective immediately but does not require citation form replacement until new forms are otherwise needed; remainder of bill effective upon passage (ratified July 27, 2015).
