Removes 106 parcels of property, identified by Union County Tax Office Parcel Identification Numbers, from the corporate limits of the Village of Wesley Chapel.

Preserves the Village of Wesley Chapel's ability to collect or foreclose on any ad valorem tax liens or special assessment liens that existed before the bill's effective date, even after deannexation.

Becomes effective June 30, 2015.
