Allows permit holders (distillery permit holders, distiller broker representatives, and distiller representatives) to conduct consumer tasting events at ABC stores with local board approval.

Limits each consumer to one-quarter ounce per product with a maximum of one-half ounce total per calendar day; tastings restricted to 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for no more than three hours per event.

Requires spirituous liquor to be poured only by permit holder employees (age 21+) or the permit holder; prohibits tastings for visibly intoxicated persons or those under legal drinking age; age verification required via identification.

Limits local boards to three consumer tasting events per calendar week with no more than two different permit holders conducting events simultaneously; consumer tasting events only allowed in municipalities that have approved mixed beverage sales.

Requires permit holders to purchase tasting liquor from ABC stores at Commission prices, provide 48-hour advance written notice to ABC Commission, and maintain one-year records of all tasting events for inspection purposes.
