Repeals Section 8.22 of S.L. 2013-360 regarding salary supplements for school employees with advanced degrees.

Limits "M" salary schedule and salary supplements for advanced degrees (six-year or doctoral) to four categories of teachers and instructional support personnel: certified school nurses requiring master's degrees for licensure, those receiving supplements before 2014-2015, those who completed degree requirements with at least one course started before August 1, 2013, and those spending at least 70% of work time teaching or performing related instructional duties in their graduate field.

Requires annual review beginning 2015-2016 to determine if teachers in the fourth category continue meeting requirements to remain on the "M" salary schedule or receive supplements.

Prohibits teachers and instructional support personnel with advanced degrees in school administration from receiving the "M" salary schedule or supplements unless they serve as assistant principal or principal.

Effective July 1, 2015.
