Appropriates $58,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Commerce for State Aid in fiscal year 2015-2016 and $58,000 in fiscal year 2016-2017 for operating expenses of Exploration Station, an interactive children's museum in downtown Lumberton.

Directs that Exploration Station receive recurring allocations from the Department of Commerce's Grassroots Science Program funds in future fiscal years using the same formula applied to other funded members of the Grassroots collaborative.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
