Extends the overnight respite pilot program in adult day care settings from June 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017.

Requires the Program Evaluation Division to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the pilot program and submit an interim report by December 1, 2015 and a final report by October 1, 2016.

Evaluation must assess participant and caregiver satisfaction, bed utilization rates, cost-benefit viability, and whether overnight respite delays institutionalization and supports independent living.

Requires recommendations on whether to expand the service beyond the pilot, whether certification or licensure is needed, current regulatory sufficiency, and potential Medicaid funding options.

Department of Health and Human Services must coordinate with the Program Evaluation Division to collect detailed data on program participation, utilization patterns, and service outcomes.
