Increases real estate broker application fee from a maximum of $30 to a base of $100, with the Commission allowed to set fees up to $200 by rule.

Raises license renewal fee from $30 to $45, with the Commission authorized to increase it by rule up to a maximum of $200.

Changes reinstatement fee for expired, revoked, or suspended licenses to equal two times the current license renewal fee, replacing the previous $55 flat fee.

Caps annual fee increases at $10 per 12-month period for both application and renewal fees.

Effective date: January 1, 2016.
