State Human Resources Commission must include NC-Thinks employee suggestion program details as a prominent part of the State Human Resources Manual.

Office of State Human Resources shall promote the NC-Thinks employee suggestion program to ensure all state employees are aware of and can utilize the program.

Each state agency, department, and institution must include a hyperlink to "www.ncthinks.nc.gov" on its website homepage to direct employees to the suggestion program.

This act becomes effective upon passage into law.
