Adds new section 70-21 to General Statutes requiring heads of state agencies to identify and inventory all cemeteries on their allocated state lands and furnish copies to the State Property Office and Department of Cultural Resources.

Exempts state agencies from funding or maintaining cemeteries on state land except when required by law, regulation, ordinance, court order, or necessary to address public safety hazards.

Permits family members or other interested persons to maintain cemeteries and install signs, fencing, grave markers, monuments, and tombstones within cemetery boundaries on state land with agency approval, with such persons bearing all associated expenses.

Effective upon becoming law, ratified September 29, 2015.
