Establishes a new teacher salary schedule for the 2015-2016 fiscal year with monthly pay ranging from $3,300 for teachers with 0-4 years of experience to $5,665 for teachers with 36 or more years of experience.

Adds individual salary steps for teachers with 30+ years of experience (steps 30-36+), providing incremental increases of approximately $90-$100 per month for each additional year beyond 29 years.

Appropriates $20,049,275 for the 2015-2016 fiscal year and an additional $20,049,275 for the 2016-2017 fiscal year to fund the salary increases.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
