Establishes specific filing fees for Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements filed with registers of deeds: $38.00 for statements of two or fewer pages, and $45.00 for the first 10 pages plus $2.00 for each additional page.

Sets information request fee for UCC financing statement inquiries at $38.00 per request from registers of deeds.

Excludes deeds of trust and mortgages that serve as fixture filings or financing statements covering as-extracted collateral or timber from the new UCC filing fees, allowing standard recording and satisfaction fees to apply instead.

Updates G.S. 25-9-525 to reference register of deeds fees under G.S. 161-10(a)(13) rather than establishing separate fees for county-level UCC filings.

Becomes effective October 1, 2015, and applies to instruments registered on or after that date.
