Requires health benefit plans that cover both oral and intravenous anticancer drugs to provide equal coverage for orally administered anticancer drugs, with no less favorable terms than intravenous options.

Prohibits insurers from imposing prior authorization, dollar limits, copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket expenses on oral anticancer drugs that do not apply to intravenous or injected anticancer drugs.

Prevents insurers from circumventing the law by reclassifying drugs or increasing cost-sharing for anticancer drugs, unless such increases are applied to the majority of comparable medical or pharmaceutical benefits.

Becomes effective January 1, 2016, for insurance contracts issued, renewed, or amended on or after that date.

Provision is void if the federal government determines it creates a state-required benefit exceeding essential health benefits under 45 C.F.R. 155.170(a)(3).
