Extends the employment period requirement for military veterans seeking a waiver of the commercial driver's license skills test from 90 days to one year immediately preceding application.

Allows veterans to satisfy certification requirements by providing their Form DD 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) and military-issued driver's license.

Applies the one-year period unless a different period is specified by federal law.

Requires retired or discharged veterans to provide a military driver's license that was valid at the time of their separation when using the documentation method to satisfy certification.

Effective upon becoming law, ratified June 18, 2015.
