Adds "religious worship" as an authorized essential purpose for which holders of limited driving privileges may drive, joining existing purposes like employment, education, and medical care.

For high-risk impaired drivers (alcohol concentration of 0.15 or more), permits driving to place of religious worship in addition to employment, school, court-ordered treatment, and ignition interlock service facilities.

Establishes that driving to and from religious worship locations is subject to the same time and route limitations as work-related driving under the limited driving privilege statute.

Makes technical corrections throughout the statute to use gender-neutral language (replacing "his/him" with "the person's" or "the applicant").

Effective July 1, 2015, applying to limited driving privileges issued on or after that date.
