Annexes 21.718 acres of property to the Town of Yanceyville, with boundaries detailed by surveyed coordinates starting from N.C. Highway 62 centerline and including portions along the Dan River and abandoned railroad tracks.

Allows the Town of Yanceyville to exercise extraterritorial land-use regulation within one mile of the annexed satellite property under G.S. 160A-360, without requiring approval from Caswell County.

Modifies G.S. 160A-58.4 to permit satellite corporate limits to be subject to extraterritorial land-use regulation and public health nuisance abatement under the same authority as the primary corporate limits.

Applies only to the specific satellite corporate limits described in the act.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
