Department of Transportation must study the process for accepting subdivision streets dedicated as public on the State highway system for maintenance, including efficiency, minimum standards, and financial impacts on the State and homeowners.

Department of Transportation shall report findings and recommendations to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee no later than February 1, 2016.

Reduces the required percentage of property owner approval for traffic calming devices in subdivisions from 70% to 60% for both homeowners associations and neighborhood agreements.

Act becomes effective upon ratification, which occurred August 18, 2015.
