Requires persons required to register as sex offenders to notify a community college's registrar office in writing prior to enrolling in any class for academic or noncredit.

Prohibits registered sex offenders from enrolling, auditing, attending, or participating in classes that are part of early college high school, dual enrollment, or career and college promise programs offered by community colleges.

Violation of notification or program restriction requirements is classified as a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Requires each community college to develop and implement policies and procedures regarding the notification requirements and program restrictions by December 1, 2015.

Effective date is December 1, 2015 for persons enrolling in any academic quarter, term, or semester beginning on or after that date.
