Honors the life and memory of Harris Blake, a former North Carolina State Senator who served five terms beginning in 2002.

Recognizes Blake's career accomplishments including managing and owning Pinehurst Hardware and Supply Company, establishing Pinehurst South Realty, and serving as associate administrator for the Farmers Home Administration (1985-1986).

Acknowledges Blake's legislative work on committees including Appropriations, Commerce, Finance, and Health Care, and his efforts promoting North Carolina-China business and cultural exchanges through the Carolina China Council.

Notes Blake's extensive community service on boards for Moore Regional Hospital, Sandhills Community College, and Moore County institutions, plus his receipt of the Order of the Long Leaf Pine award in 2013.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to Blake's family; Blake died on June 9, 2014, at age 84.
