Repeals Chapter 100 of the 1955 Session Laws, which established the Lumberton Firemen's Supplementary Pension Fund.

Transfers all remaining funds from the Lumberton Firemen's Supplementary Pension Fund to the Board of Trustees of the Local Firemen's Relief Fund of the City of Lumberton.

Allows the Lumberton Firefighters Relief Fund Board to establish a supplemental retirement plan through the North Carolina State Firemen's Association.

Transferred funds are to be held and administered under Article 84 of Chapter 58 of the General Statutes.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
