Extends the termination deadline of the Joint Legislative Workforce Development System Reform Oversight Committee from 2015 to December 31, 2016.

Changes the committee's reporting requirement from mandatory interim and final reports to discretionary interim reports at any time and a final report by December 31, 2016.

Specifies that the committee terminates on December 31, 2016, or upon filing of its final report, whichever occurs first.

Amends Section 7(e) of S.L. 2012-131 to implement these reporting and termination changes.
