Requires occupational licensing boards to provide the Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee with the name and contact information of the individual responsible for filing required reports.

Mandates that occupational licensing boards keep contact information current and notify the Committee within 30 days of any changes.

Amends G.S. 93B-2 by adding a new subsection (c1) to establish these contact information requirements.

Effective upon becoming law.
