Authorizes the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to enforce bedding regulations under Article 4H of Chapter 106 of the General Statutes.

Grants the Commissioner of Agriculture authority to place "off sale" tags on bedding that is not properly made, sanitized, or tagged, prohibiting its sale until violations are remedied and reinspection is completed.

Authorizes the Commissioner to open bedding seams for examination, seize records and materials, and take samples to determine compliance with bedding regulations.

Grants the Commissioner right of entry to premises where necessary to enforce bedding provisions, with administrative search and inspection warrants required if consent is not obtained.

Allows the Commissioner to pursue injunctive relief in superior court for violations of bedding regulations, effective December 1, 2016.
