Modifies annual registration and inspection fees for malt beverage, fortified wine, and unfortified wine permits based on net profits from the previous year.

Sets fee at $100 for permits with net profits less than $2,500.

Sets fee at $200 for permits with net profits of at least $2,500 but less than $5,000.

Sets fee at $400 for permits with net profits of $5,000 or more.

Effective upon passage and applies to registration fees paid beginning May 1, 2017.
