Authorizes the City of Southport to enroll its employees and dependents in the State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employees.

Adds City of Southport to the list of local government units eligible to participate in the State Health Plan, joining Montgomery County and the Towns of Elizabethtown and Matthews.

Participation is contingent on the City of Southport complying with all provisions of the relevant statute and State Health Plan policies.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
