Confirms the appointment of Andrew Heath of Wake County as a special superior court judge pursuant to G.S. 7A-45.1(a10).

The vacancy arose from the confirmation of the Honorable Gregory McGuire to another judicial appointment.

Heath's term of office commences on the date of appointment by the Governor and ends five years from the appointment date.

Resolution was ratified on December 16, 2016, during the Fourth Extra Session of the 2016 General Assembly.
