Implements technical corrections to the North Carolina Uniform Power of Attorney Act including clarifying agent duties, judicial relief procedures, and updating statutory forms and cross-references.

Becomes effective upon ratification on December 14, 2018, with select provisions having different effective dates as specified in the statute.
