Authorizes the City of Greensboro to disclose limited personnel information regarding police officer disciplinary charges to any board or committee designated by city council for citizen review of police discipline.

Allows the city manager or police chief to release the disposition of disciplinary charges and the facts supporting that disposition to the designated citizen review board.

Permits the citizen review board to further release the disposition and supporting facts to the person allegedly harmed by the officer's actions or to that person's survivor.

Requires board or committee members to maintain confidentiality of all personnel information released to them and to execute confidentiality agreements; violations carry penalties for breach of confidentiality.

Defines "disposition of disciplinary charges" to include sustained, not sustained, unfounded, exonerated, information file classifications, or any other disciplinary disposition category adopted by the Greensboro Police Department.
