Adds approximately 630.89 acres of property to the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville through detailed legal description of the annexed area.

The annexed property is bounded by existing City of Fayetteville and Fort Bragg Military Reservation boundaries and includes non-annexed parcels currently surrounded by these boundaries.

Excludes Areas I and II from annexation, which were previously annexed by the City in 1977 (Ordinance No. 77-10-201) and 2013 (Ordinance No. 2013-06-543), containing 4.13 acres and 2.21 acres respectively.

Becomes effective on December 31, 2018.
