Prohibits intentionally shining a light on wild animals (deer, coyotes, feral swine, etc.) from public road rights-of-way between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise in Macon and Clay Counties.

Exempts normal vehicle headlight use by motorists and lighting activities by landowners, campers, or others not attempting to attract or immobilize wildlife.

Establishes violation as a Class 2 misdemeanor.

Enforcement authority granted to Wildlife Resources Commission officers, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, and other law enforcement with general jurisdiction.

Effective April 1, 2019, for offenses committed on or after that date; applies only to Macon and Clay Counties.
