Removes the 10% cap on satellite annexations for the Town of China Grove by adding it to the list of municipalities exempt from this limitation.

Satellite annexations are non-contiguous areas that a city or town can annex; the exemption allows China Grove to annex multiple satellite areas without size restrictions.

Modifies G.S. 160A-58.1(b)(5) to include China Grove in the existing exemption list that already contains numerous other North Carolina cities and towns.

Takes effect upon becoming law with no specified implementation date or conditions.
