Amends G.S. 148-132 to add North Carolina National Guard members, employees, and retirees to those eligible to purchase products and services from Correction Enterprises.

National Guard members and retirees must be verified through federal or state-issued identification or proof of retirement status, matching existing verification requirements for state and local government employees.

Purchases by National Guard members, employees, and retirees are subject to the same $2,500 annual limit as state and local government employees and retirees.

Products purchased by National Guard members, employees, and retirees may not be resold, consistent with restrictions on other eligible individual purchasers.

Effective upon enactment; ratified June 26, 2017 and approved July 21, 2017.
