State of North Carolina conveys two parcels of land to the Town of Wrightsville Beach for $1.00 consideration, including areas east of the property line established by Chapter 246 of the Public Laws of 1939 and a specific 0.298-acre parcel on East Salisbury Street in New Hanover County.

Conveyance is subject to conditions set forth in Section 1 of Chapter 246 of the Public Laws of 1939, as amended.

Property is conveyed "as is" and "where is" with no state warranties regarding title, boundaries, zoning, environmental conditions, or physical safety conditions.

Town of Wrightsville Beach is responsible for preparing the conveyance instrument and bearing all associated costs; the Department of Administration may adjust property descriptions as necessary in consultation with the Town.

Conveyance is exempt from Article 7 of Chapter 146 of the General Statutes but must comply with Article 16, excluding the provisions of G.S. 146-74.
