Allows a one-time expunction of multiple nonviolent criminal offenses (misdemeanors and felonies) filed together in a single petition, rather than requiring separate petitions for each offense.

Extends the eligibility period for expunction to 15 years after the most recent conviction (instead of the original conviction date) and requires all active sentences, probation, and post-release supervision to be completed.

Permits a second expunction if any previous expunction was granted before December 1, 2017, allowing individuals a fresh opportunity under the new law.

Maintains exclusions from expunction for violent crimes, sex offenses, stalking, drug trafficking, impaired driving, and certain felonies involving commercial motor vehicles.

Requires petitioners to pay a $175 filing fee (waived for indigent applicants) and demonstrate good moral character, no outstanding warrants, and no other felony or misdemeanor convictions (except traffic violations).
