Extends the term of office for the Mayor of Raynham from two years to four years, effective 2017 and quadrennially thereafter.

Changes the Board of Commissioners term in Raynham to four years, with all members and the mayor elected on the same four-year schedule beginning in 2017.

Repeals Section 4 of the Raynham charter that previously provided for staggered terms.

Extends the term of office for the Mayor and Town Council members of Orrum from two years to four years, with regular municipal elections held quadrennially starting in 2017.

Validates all previous elections and actions of the Raynham Board of Commissioners since May 26, 1975, notwithstanding any irregularities.
