Changes the weight of school achievement score from 80% to 50% in the calculation of school performance scores.

Changes the weight of school growth score from 20% to 50% in the calculation of school performance scores.

Maintains the existing grading scale where scores of 90 or higher equal an A, 80-89 equal a B, 70-79 equal a C, 60-69 equal a D, and below 60 equal an F.

Preserves the option for schools that have met expected growth but would receive a lower grade when including growth score to use only the achievement score for their performance grade calculation.

Becomes effective upon enactment and applies beginning with the 2017-2018 school year.
