Allows holders of limited provisional licenses to drive without supervision past 9:00 p.m. when driving to or from extracurricular or athletic activities sponsored or participated in by their high school or postsecondary school.

Permits limited provisional license holders to drive past 9:00 p.m. when driving to or from a class held at a high school or postsecondary school in which they are enrolled.

Amends G.S. 20-11(e)(2) by adding two new circumstances under which unsupervised driving is permitted beyond the standard 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. window.

Becomes effective upon enactment into law.
