Expands the definition of "image" to include live transmissions, digital or computer-generated visual depictions, and any reproduction made by electronic or mechanical means.

Makes it a Class H felony for adults (18+) to knowingly disclose intimate images without consent with intent to coerce, harass, intimidate, demean, humiliate, or cause financial loss to the depicted person.

Establishes lesser penalties for minors: Class 1 misdemeanor for first offense, Class H felony for second or subsequent offense.

Creates exceptions for voluntary exposure in public/commercial settings, disclosures in the public interest, and interactive computer service providers hosting content created by others.

Directs the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety to study whether superimposed intimate images should be covered by the law by April 1, 2018; effective December 1, 2017.
