Increases the penalty for second degree trespass to a Class 1 misdemeanor when the offense occurs in a multi-occupancy bathroom, shower, or changing facility, up from the standard Class 3 misdemeanor.

Maintains the existing definition of second degree trespass as unauthorized entry or remaining on another's premises after notice or on posted property.

Applies only to offenses committed on or after December 1, 2017.
