• Directs the Department of Health and Human Services to create and distribute materials explaining that drug-induced abortion may be reversible through progesterone administration and providing a hotline number (877-558-0333) for information.

• Mandates the Department publish reversal information on the Woman's Right to Know Act website and make printed materials available at no cost to physicians within 90 days of the law's effective date.

• Requires patients to certify in writing that they received abortion reversal information and had the opportunity to review it, with original certification maintained in medical records.

• Effective October 1, 2017, except implementation provisions which take effect upon enactment.
