Requires physicians or qualified health professionals to inform women before administering Mifepristone that they can discontinue a drug-induced abortion by skipping Misoprostol and taking progesterone instead.

Mandates that physicians or qualified professionals provide medical proof of fetal death to the woman before administering Misoprostol.

Directs physicians to inform women that information on how to obtain assistance in discontinuing a drug-induced abortion is available on the Department of Health and Human Services' website.

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to update its website by July 1, 2017 to provide information on how, where, and from whom women can obtain assistance in discontinuing the drug-induced abortion process.

Effective date is July 1, 2017, except Section 3 becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
